Since 2006, on the last weekend of September, we have been meeting in the squares of Turin: us, eager to share our stories, and you, curious to discover them.
But what has happened over these 20 years of the European Researchers’ Night is much more than the sum of the events, games, exhibitions, performances and open-air experiments that have brought each edition to life in Turin and across Piedmont.

Year after year, Night after Night, we have exchanged ideas, experiences and visions, strengthening the mutual bond that helps society move towards a better future for everyone. Because while research reveals the unknown and offers solutions, it is the community — with its questions and challenges — that shows us where to shine the spotlight. The great transitions ahead are not only phenomena to be studied: they involve collective choices, and everyone’s voice matters.
